It displays a TÜV safety mark. UL is not the only NRTL in existence that performs testing and certification.

But if that's not good enough, then be prepared to ditch any Anker adapters you may own as well, since many of them usually carry TÜV, and not UL marks.

I would pick Acer over Baseus. I had a Baseus 30W and it runs hot.

These Acer accessories that have popped up recently appear to be manufactured under a very weak looking licensing deal, so not sure how much weight the Acer name is actually carrying here.
