Almost all laptops will accept 45W. More divergence at 30W

Just what I needed to charge my laptop during an emergency. Most of my portable chargers are under 20 watts. Last week the power went out and had very low charge. This 45 watt charger should keep the battery level steady for a while until the power comes back on.

Typical weight for a 20000mAh power bank is about 1 pound. Significantly less than that and I would not trust the capacity spec.
