Finally! Something I don't have a dozen of in my pantry. Haven't ordered anything on Amazon for 3 days, going into withdrawal...

Yeah, the Red Beans and Rice is money. The other Zat's flavors are meh, but this one is straight FIEYAH! Throw any meat in the pot near the end of cooking this and it's on. ...sausage, chicken, crawdad tails, livers, oysters...now ya talkin no cap.

Is this spicy? I'm trying to find something like this but is more on the mild side. I can't have hardly any spice(heat) due to health issues.

I'd characterize it as something a little below mid-spicy, if that makes sense. If spicy food bothers you this might not be a good choice. However, you may be able to tone the spiciness down by adding more liquid, rice and beans to the pot. If you're avoiding it for something like reflux I'd probably avoid altogether.
