YMMV if you have a current Roku account, you can get the promo on ONE item (but can order up to 3 of that item at the promo price). I was able to come back to make orders on another different item at the promo price.
If you have an expired CC and try to add a new CC, you will NOT get the promo price. YMMV I was able to add a new CC as an ALTERNATE payment and my orders have gone through with the promo price.

If you have an older or spare tv you have not stuck a device on already, then the $15 Stick Plus is a decent deal.
I didn't see the $10 price for the Roku streaming stick until I clicked on that link.
