If anyone buys this, bolt it down, they can be opened simply buy turning it upside down.
Ex-safe cracker here.
This is complete misinformation. It relies on a solenoid-actuated bolt mechanism which means the upside down trick won't work. However, cheap digital safes like this can sometimes be opened by tapping the top firmly on a soft surface while turning the handle, exploiting weak latching..........not by flipping upside down!

Thanks for making sure more people know how to easily open this...the irony

DO NOT buy a small safe for "security".
Buy them for fire rating first and then bolt the f of them down with concrete screws and not in the master bedroom.
That's is a know first to check place. Best place for cash and insured jewelry is a safety deposit box.

Best thing to do is get small safe like this, do NOT bolt it down, fill it full of random crap (fake coins, etc) and let them steal that thinking they got something valuable. Hide your other stuff.

Re-read what I said.
I am not saying THIS safe can be opened by tapping -- that only applies if they used cheap parts which I cannot definitively tell you unless I look at the safe in person.

Why did you quit? Seems like a lucrative enterprise.

I need to know more about this prior vocation...
IDK about that, but there's a hole in the back to stick a rod in to unlock or reset it.
