This is complete misinformation. It relies on a solenoid-actuated bolt mechanism which means the upside down trick won't work. However, cheap digital safes like this can sometimes be opened by tapping the top firmly on a soft surface while turning the handle, exploiting weak latching..........not by flipping upside down!
I need to know more about this prior vocation...
IDK about that, but there's a hole in the back to stick a rod in to unlock or reset it.
