You can buy sw1 version of Hogwarts then upgrade to the sw2 version for an additional $10 in DLC. Basically gettting the sw2 version for 18.99 OTD . Slick deal

I bought Hogwarts but only have a Switch 2. Will the version I bought not work unless I get the dlc you mentioned?

I believe the Switch 2 plays most Switch games.

The $10 Switch 2 upgrade will make it play more smooth.
Here's a quick comparison.

Did exactly this a few months ago, worked without a hitch. Definitely recommend to save quite a bit of money.

For 12 bucks, even the most expensive lego game is worth it, imo. Don't know if it has been cheaper before, the sheer dollars spent versus time played aspect... there is some great value here.

Agreed. I don't think I've played a LEGO game that I did not like. They're just overall fun for all ages.

Same here. Lego City Underground is great. Load times a bit long but Switch 2 might fix that. I wish they would make more original games like that.
