I've been eyeing the 1/2" Mid - not sure if I should hold out for a free battery/tool kit. I do think this is the best price for bare-tool, however..
Does anyone know if this is the latest generation?

I know it's too much to ask, so I never would. But man it would be nice- as often as milwaukee stuff gets posted here- if we could get model numbers in the title. Especially when otherwise seemingly identical tools have key differences. But with as hard as it is to find even on Home Depot's website sometimes I imagine that would be a huge PITA.

The mid torque is awesome for lug nuts, light enough not to be cumbersome but still strong enough to take off the lugs on my truck. I got in on the deal from home depot for $189 which had a 5ah battery and charger starter kit which seems like a better deal.

This was the response I was looking for. I think for another $20, there have been included battery and charger deals. Not many of us need more chargers, but they're nice to have, and the battery for another $20 is nice. I held out, and glad I did.
