This can charge your laptop at 100 watts; it is powered by an included 140 watt power adapter, which connects to the dock via a barrel jack.
Right now there's a UGREEN 12 in 1 Triple 4K USB hub on sale for less than half this price, which can do 4k 120hz for 1 monitor, 4k 60hz for 2 monitors, and 2x 4k60hz + 1x 4k30hz for 3 monitors.
Apart from the true 100 watt laptop charging (vs 85 watts), there's really nothing better about this Anker dock vs the UGREEN.

That's cool, and good on Ugreen, though there are definitely going to be tradeoffs for powering three 4k displays off a humble non-TB USB-C cable, even with compression. I wouldn't expect much performance out of the dock's other ports while you're doing that, unless you're just using them for keyboard/mouse dongles or something.

True, if you connect 3x 4k monitors to the UGREEN dock, everything else will run at USB 2.0 speeds.
But if you restrict yourself to the monitor resolutions this Anker dock supports, you'll get 10gbps speed on the UGREEN, just like on this dock.
So there's no advantage to this Anker dock on monitors and data speeds. The UGREEN can match the monitors and USB data rates of this Anker, or it can handle higher resolution monitors at the cost of slower data performance.
