The eBay listing doesn't mention that it is a touch screen, but Acer website don't show any non touchscreen Acer Swift 14 ai
This is what they told me when I asked if it is touchscreen:

If you have any older programs that you like, best to check if it will run on this because there's a (strong?) chance that it won't work.
