Hi. New hench-guy here. Are we doing the art stealing on January 23 or December 3? Or are we using local format and hitting the joint on March 12? Thanks a bunch, happy to be part of the crew.

Anyone used one of these (or at least this round style electric ) vs the "GRABO" style....I see a lot of generic round ones, I'm guessing this is just a rebrand of one...) ?

I was tempted by the Dewalt branded GRABO model that was on sale last year...but what stopped me was the fact that a lot of people report they don't work well on porous pavers/patio blocks...GRABO is now promoting a "HIGH FLOW" model that is supposed to be designed to work on porous surfaces...

Anyone get one want to test it on some cement patio blocks/pavers ?

Porous materials defeats the tools suction ability. Think of your childhood and playing with the cheap little suction dart guns. They never stuck on (almost anything) porous materials because the key term is suction- The production of a partial vacuum by the removal of air... Clay & cement products are porous.

Well aware of how suction works...but whole industry/market around pavers...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LJGaqsDa9w larger surface area on the product/continuous flow but its still smaller/lighter then something like Tomahawk Power Electric Paver Slab Vacuum Lifters ...
