Because there's only 8g of protein per 210-calorie pack with 12 packs total, it comes out to ~$1.50 per 20g of protein after taxes, which I consider an average deal. I aim for $1 per 20g of protein and the calorie to protein ratio is a bit high for my liking when looking at "breakfast protein" bars.
It's like a rice crispy but with better ingredients and a good way to curb chocolate cravings . Maybe not the best nutrition profile but the ingredients are mostly whole.
