Why do almost all printers have such bad reviews? We need a new one but can't find any with decent reviews.

I don't have this exact model, but similar. The super tank is much better than replacing cartridges.

I have had this printer for four years and it's great. Supertank makes printing really cheap and the quality is really good. We setup a Windows routine on our HTPC to print a color sheet once a week so the ink heads don't dry out and clog. Only problem is that it needs to be power cycled every few months to reset the Wi-Fi connection, but otherwise problem free.
