For small size chargers go for the lower watts. Many of these smaller size 140W chargers can't sustain 140W for more than 10 mins. Usually only the big fat desktop sized ones can sustain 140W.

Keep in mind that it doesn't output 140w for all USB ports. If you use two or more ports at the same time, wattage reduces.

The description says 4 port charging 128w combined, 2 ports 140w combined (usb-c1 70w + usb-c2 70w), etc.

While this is normal, check the spec.

One single port can't do 140w, only 70w, even if the second one is unused. So it doesn't max out at 140w for a single port.

If you check the description, either C1 or C2 can 140w alone.

Right, this looks like a bonafide 140W charger, with the main question how long can it deliver 140W continuously before getting hot and throttling down. Check out the review by Ruben (on Amazon). He gave some solid sounding info.

Ugh, they need to start making higher than 140w. Lazy manufacturers.
I liked your comment. It made me do a search to learn more:

"Announced in 2021, the USB PD Revision 3.1 specification is a major update to enable delivering up to 240W of power over full featured USB Type-C® cable and connector. Prior to this update, USB PD was limited to 100W using a solution based on 20V using USB Type-C cables rated at 5A."

Yeah, my laptop needs 240w, that's why I complained. There are only like 3 on the market that can to 240w at this time.

$109, I own it, it works great on my Framework 16. I verified the output using a smart plug. It's the smallest GaN charger on the market last time I checked.

Do you need 100w or 140w... Pretty simple.

The 140w one appears significantly larger. I own the 100w model, it's large, but not huge.
