Open Settings on your Apple Watch.
Tap Battery.
Tap Battery Health.
You'll see:
Maximum Capacity % (this shows overall battery condition)
Whether Optimized Battery Charging is on
If it shows:
100% → Brand new battery
90–99% → Very good
80–89% → Noticeable aging
Below 80% → Apple may recommend service
