Ugh, Google Fi is charging sales tax on the full purchase price, not the after discount price.

Comes to like 17.5% in taxes when it should be 1/2 that.

The 512gb price is $1499... Therefore $850 is correct! I'm not sure if the 256gb is eligible

New FI customers can have 512gb for $999

Samsung pricing is insane. Apple is final cheaper by a mile. Samung sales are nonstarters

I've got to visit my dad out of state next month. I'll just buy it and ship it to him. $39 sales tax vs. $114.

Cali can go pound sand.

Can you delete the ESIM after activating and seeing the countdown start? I remember removing the physical sim from previous deals which worked great.
Yeah you can after countdown has gone down by a day to be sure.

I did this deal last year with Google Fi.
Since then, I've been only occasionally using service, and my service is currently paused.

I see the deal in my app - but should I unpause service before I order, or before I turn on and activate the S26U once I receive it?

Thanks Smilie
Have some leftover $$ in the account from a previous referral... Would like to stretch that as much as I can Smilie

Are you on a promo on that group. If so you can't leave without voiding it. Otherwise you should be able to do that I think although I have never been on a Fi group plan.
That I am not quite sure of but I believe the status at the time of the activation matters so it should be fine to unpause it before activation.

Can someone help me out?
I'm seeing the -$650 offer on my account, but I don't currently have any active plan with Google Fi. The site lets me buy the phone with any plan, but I'm not sure if there will be issues with the $650 rebate if I don't activate it on a previously existing line.
Should I first sign up for the Flexible plan and then buy the phone?
I read a couple of comments but I'm still not totally clear. I just don't want to mess it up

I can see the deal. Tip, do not transfer a number. Do I need to wait for the bill to be generated before ordering?

Just sold my s25 ultra locally for $850. Interest was fairly strong might have been able to hold out for $900.

s26 ultra with 512gb Preorder was $710 after tax. Referrals are maxed out to $480 in credit so I'm effectively getting paid $140 to upgrade.

Oh boy hope this doesn't make the phone unusable. Was at Costco yesterday and the screen looked fine.

How much were your 1tb preorders ?

That's a very good price, I was able to sell it for $780 paying $3 to upgrade

I would love someone to test this theory

New customer sign up for Flex or Premium on BYOD and activate eSim , use code from Reddit for $60 when signing up. I dont think the discount starts until the 2nd month

See how fast $650 existing customer deal takes to appear., I am thinking it will be less than 21 days despite policy... But if it appears the first day of service wait 24 hours before you buy it

I would do it but I am happy with my Flip 7

-- So if anyone is going to sign up and try to become an existing customer , post back if you had to wait the full 21 days to see the deal
yes. I had to activate the number 30 days before and i can see the deal and placed order

So I got everything set up. I'm ready to by the s26 ultra 512... I'm still on note 20 ultra 128gb 12gn ram...

I refreshed screen and battery after it cracked last year for $200... I love this micro SD. My pictures and video are max quality but I'm really second guessing about purchasing this thing and just getting a refund on my fi account minus a few bucks...

Anyone else go back and forth?

I'm not breaking the bank but 700 plus Google service and fees... idk...
