i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Does anyone know when these phones will be delivered? Is there a chance they get delivered 3/10 or at least 3/11 morning? I will be out of town on 3/11 and Spectrum doesn't even let me change the shipping address. It has to match the service address

So regarding in-store, if I'm an existing customer with internet and phone, if I wait till 11th and try to buy in store with trade in, would I get $700 or $900 off? Which phone is recommended to trade in?

Also any advice for my free phone line promo that is ending this month.

If your phone is fully paid off you can upgrade whenever and however much you want but they were limiting people who were upgrading s26 in store too many times from what I remember being reported last year.

Yup, that phone is on the trade-in list. No need for unlock. That is the cheapest phone that I could find in Walmart to get it quickly if instock and indeed it is instock at Walmart near me.

For in-store you get instant credit immediately and for online, at least 1 week timeframe for credit to your account after Spectrum received your trade-in phone; then call customer service agent to move the credit to your card. This works like that assuming you pay S26 in full without any financing, otherwise I don't know.

I tried to trade in with a prepaid phone at store for pixel 10 pro deal and store rep said the phone needs to be unlocked for trade-in. Did you do online before? was it successful?
