i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Can someone confirm the following -
  1. For existing spectrum internet customers base phone price is $899. New internet customers get it for $699.
  2. For existing customers if TIV > 899 entire purchase amount goes back to credit card. If less then it goes as account credit, correct?
  3. How many days until the device can be activated after purchase?

had to cancel my cc (somehow someone got my cc info) that i used for the pre-order, and get a new card number yesterday. Got an email a couple hours ago, that my pre-order wasn't able to be charged and to update my payment method. Updated the payment method on my spectrum account, and spoke with chat if i needed to do anything else. They said i should be charged on the new payment method within 24 hours.

Is that after you sign in? Cuz it shows up for me today, making the phone free (Motorola trade is $5) but I haven't signed in, it's my husband's account and he has one line, so we're adding a line. Does number have to be ported in? I didn't see that as requirement for existing customer.
