- Trade-in terms require customers to trade in qualifying device, purchase and activate a new device. Trade-in device must have a value greater than $0. If the value of the trade-in device credit exceeds the cost of the new device, credit will be reflected on bill statement within 2-3 bill cycles. Any promotional credits offered will be reflected over 36 months on the bill statement. One trade-in promotional offer is available per line. Disconnection of mobile line for any reason or initiation of an upgrade before the device is paid off will result in forfeiture of any unapplied promotional credits.

Agent also claim that port-in must come from post paid line, not prepaid.
Trade in for other phones. Was Disappointed in the s22 ultra.

You pay taxes upfront for the full device, when you send the trade in you will get $700+ $ of your trade in device+ taxes back on the difference. I did this at store couple times and did online about 5 times, works same exact way. Take a good video and document your trade in if you dont want the hassle of going in the store. Hope that helps

So it doesn't seem like the system will let me order two lines, so I don't see how I would be able to take advantage of the promotion. I'm on chat with them now and they don't seem to understand the issue. Has anyone been able to order the S26 base at the $699 pay in full price, with the $700 trade in?
The base S26 doesn't even have storage upgrade so no point doing it online. Only worth it for those that want the plus or the ultra models.
