i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Is their phone on the trade in list? A lot of people doing the $30 WM one because it's on the list, I have some older phones I would trade in otherwise. Also the $30 WM one because my S22+ is only worth $60, it's a 256gb model in great shape I'm sure I can sell it for $200ish.

Good to hear! I wouldn't be mad getting stuck with the Ultra I ordered, but I would be if I'm stuck with the S26 I'm getting to sell/trade for iPhone 😂 I see their return on phones is only 14 days.

How did you add 2 lines to qualify for the $200 promo as an existing internet customer? It's only letting me do one at a time so no $200 off.

Well I haven't done the second hopefully it works. Right now giving me an error, but earlier I was able to do the same deal and it was showing the $200 off on the S26. In their terms it shouldn't work, but in practice it was showing the discount on the checkout screen, so it was showing $699 on S26 and the 705 trade in. Maybe my S26U hadn't gone through yet, Walmart hasn't dropped off my second Moto G yet so I will know later tonight ha.

-Edit, I signed out and back in and it will let me get to the checkout at $699. So it should work fine for a second phone, but I will have to pay $20 for one gig of data I believe.

I see s26 ultra sky blue not in stock. If I order a black s26U today and later exchange for blue color(when they get it in stock) , will they still honor same price and would the trade in work without issues?
Did anyone attempt this last year for s25?

Had you had spectrum mobile in the past on your account on lines that are since canceled (this is my scenario - prior mobile customer with no current active lines)?

Looks like since its a pre order item, system is not letting to add 2nd device or line, I get an error to purchase one device at a time

Here is what I am going to do with activation of the new phone:
After they receive my trade-in phone, they will send me an email in a few days whether they approve my old phone or not. At this point I think I can safely activate my new phone if approval, otherwise I call spectrum to prepare to return my new phone immediately to satisfy the 14 days return window and to get a full refund because I am not going to hold on to the new phone that I have paid for the full retail price without $700 credit. That's way too expensive. FYI: $50 fee if the phone is opened, otherwise no charge. Others did this in the past successfully. There is no guarantee that you will receive your old phone back when returning the new phone.

I did one first, doing the second later. I couldn't do two at the same time, but it does let me go in a second time. I did have to sign out and in a few times to not get errors, but like I said I can get to the checkout screen with it.

Also, my credit card flagged it as fraud. Have never had this issue before, see someone else had the problem too so watch for that! But, I got an email saying order is processing on the first so should be good to go.

Just got a black and sky blue S26 delivered. Both colors are really nice. Matte is my favorite kind of black. Sky blue is very similar to last year's icyblue. It could be called la croix blue.
