i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Is Spectrum strict on the model year of the trade in phone ? I have couple of 2024 moto g play/power lying around. But the 2024 model year doesnt show up in the Trade in list.

S26 is exactly like S25, but more 128gb storage only and the cost is $200 more than last year. I would rather go with the S26 Ultra version than buying S26 or S26 plus.

So it took yours only 4 days to reply. That's good. Mime was delivered to them on March 10; so it took 6 days for them to reply to me.

How long it took for the trade-in credit ($700+) to reach your account after you received the approval email from Assurant for your trade-in phone? I remembered a few days right?

They never officially stop you, only slow you down by forcing the online method only after the 4th-5th phone in store each cycle. I've done this since the s23 days.

Multiple trade in is not working for me. Only getting $700 in the first order when I got s26, upgrading to s26 plus only gets $430 and not $430 +$700. I think Spectrum stopped that.
