i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

I just recently traded my S25+ and got myself a S26 Ultra. Today I was just testing and I was able to see another $700 + trade-in promo again, all the way through checkout to the final page with "Place Order" button. Not sure if anything changed or if it's different for Spectrum's S26 Ultra users, but the extra $700 credit is showing for me for a second time.

Can someone who already had the $700 credit with a new Sw26 please test and confirm? If it's real, I'd need to look for an a used phone with higher value to trade in for the base S26.

Fyi - I tested with IMEI 1 of my new Spectrum's S26 Ultra as well as IMEI of Moto Stylus 2024 (screenshot is for Moto Stylus trade). Both times I was seeing the full $700 credit.

Lost the $700 this morning at checkout like always using a spectrum S26 and S26 ultra IMEI.

If your trade-in device was delivered to Assurant and you didn't hear from them after 7 business days, then do this:

Q: My device status shows it was delivered, but I haven't received an update. What should I do?
A: Please allow 3-7 business days for your device to be processed. If you have not received an email update after that timeframe, please contact [email protected].

You can get the $700 bonus trade in discount on more than one S26 series phone. You just can't use a spectrum S26 series phone and get the $700 bonus on another S26 series. I'm not sure what that guy's asking because what he's trying to do had never been an issue.

Maybe you got lucky and they forgot to blacklist the IMEI it's a little suspicious that you didn't include that screenshot, not like we need to see another moto getting the $700 trade in bonus.

Mine was delivered to Assurant on 23rd and I haven't received an email update. I just emailed Assurant and they replied to me quickly by saying I have to allow them 10 business days from the delivery date to process the trade-in device.

Good for you. I did a 2nd time trade-in on the same line, but haven't received an email update since they received my device on 23rd. Based on the promotion terms, only one $700 promotion per line; but I think should be the same as last year. Last year I did get two times of $700 off in the same line and I only have 1 line. If they refuse a 2nd time of $700 off, I will return the S26 because it is their fault to allow me to trade-in, not mine. I hope I receive an email update soon.
