i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Sorry if this sounds ignorant - if trading in moto g play 5g, is the total around ~$200? Do you just pay the first month of the plan upfront ($20) and just not pay after that (waiting for unlock)?

Did you try to trade-in S26? Yes, someone here already indicated that it will be an issue and they cancelled the order immediately.

Online order confirmation page shows $700 bonus but the email confirmation does not show it.
And Spectrum order cannot be canceled once it passes 4 hours window. customer service suggested not to accept the package, that's the only way the order can be canceled.
Sounds lot of hassle to me just to cancel the order.

My 1st time doing this trade in with spectrum. Went to the store and they disnt have any ultra in-stock so the rep did the online trade in for us, I had to send in the trade in myself and just received the ultra today. Question for folks that also did an online trade in, do you usually wait for the trade to clear with assurant 1st before open the new phone? Lol, im exited to start using it.

I tried to trade in s26 for s26P. No go. Only 1 trade in per line. CSR showed me the screen. It did not allow her to apply $700 credit. Not sure how others are doing multiple times on the same line.

This year you cannot trade in S26 for another S26 (any of the models) so the people who are talking about doing it more than once are trading in other devices for S26s. In other words, you can get the $700 more than once but not by trading in a S26.

Because you tried to trade-in S26 to S26 plus. You won't get the $700 promotion if you trade-in S26. Try to trade-in a cheap phone like Motorola G 5G 2025 to S26 Plus, then it will probably work.
