i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Can someone say or confirm the total cost involved in store. Say with or without new line if I plan to buy s26 or iPhone 17E after 700 trade in

My rough estimate:

New line with discount

1 S26+ or iPhone 17e - approx 240(inc of taxes)

Existing line

1 S26 - approx 220+ tax
S26+ - approx 420

Wondering whether to buy new line or use friend existing line as I don't need internet.

What? You have done wrong. A ton of people did this online trade-in with Motorola G 5G 2025 already. You must done something wrong. Just follow the directions carefully, then you will get it. Make sure delete all the cache from browser or app.

The limit is just on trading in an S26 from Spectrum to another S26. You can trade in other devices for S26s or trade in S26s for other devices.

I think as long as the device is eligible for trade in (with value greater than $0) then once they receive it you should get a revised offer.

I think the only benefit of opening a new line is if you are a new internet customer who adds two unlimited lines then you can potentially get additional discount. Otherwise the discounts should be the same.

For S26: $213.24 on existing line with Motorola g 5g 2025 trade-in. For new line & $20 per month, add $20 for activation fee and total is $231.08 out the door.

Any mobile only users here? Were you able to do a trade-in at the store? I have one mobile line and last when I went to a store i'm told my account only allows shipping. I wanted to know if anyone else have seen the same.
