i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

I tried to trade in the S26 bought last month in-store(trade in as well) and I was denied since they got an error saying it was only one promotion per line or something like that. If i knew the Ultra was going to be priced similarly I would have waited. Kind of annoyed but it's whatever.. I'll unlock the base models and just sell them off. I'll wait till the last day or two next year to make sure this doesn't happen again.

You should get a new line that solve 1 promotion per line. Did they show you this error? I suspect they lie to you. I and a ton of people here traded in the same line several times with that $700 promotion successfully.

No, the same new line that I got a few weeks ago with S26. This line got 2 $700 promotion already, 1 for S26 & 1 for S26 Ultra; so I don't know why other people got denied because of 1 $700 promotion per account.

There is a 14 days window for a return and if you open it, then they charge you $50 restocking fee plus no credit or getting back that Motorola phone. That means you will be out of $80, but if you get S26+ or Ultra after that , then it is worth it.

Logged in and both lines show upgrade & trade in option. Gonna go upgrade one line to Ultra How long should I wait to go back in? Just gonna keep the other 2 S26, not worth the hassle of trying to return. 1 line has the old A 71 phone back on it, dad wasnt ready to start on the S26 set up last nite.
