If the value of the trade-in device credit exceeds the cost of the new device, credit will be reflected on bill statement within 2-3 bill cycles. Any promotional credits offered will be reflected over 36 months on the bill statement. One trade-in promotional offer is available per line. Damn, I traded in my S25+ and paid $461 cash to get the Ultra only 19 days ago. If only it was within the 14 days window, I'd have returned the phone, paid the $50 restocking fees and applied the credits towards another Ultra, saving me few hundred dollars, if only that was possible
I just visited two stores, and they seem to be making things up. The first store told me they were out of stock, and the second one claimed my account only allows for shipping. Both of them stated that in order to qualify for the promotion, I have to finance the phone and receive bill credits over 36 months.
I am probably done with this promotion if I don't want to order online; it's still cheaper than the base S26 without a tax refund.
