i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Can somebody please message me what phone I can purchase and use as a trade-in?

My s23 ultra just broke today in infinite boot loop mode and somebody had told me there was one on Walmart that I could order but I don't remember my login to slick deals to check my messages and now I desperately need a new phone.

So my s23 ultra died on me today while I was using it and is stuck in boot loop.

I just ordered a Moto 5G 2025 from Amazon to be delivered Saturday.

Could anybody be so kind as to reply and or private message me exactly what I need to do or say at spectrum? Also do I need to get a new number from them or do I need to port in my old number?

How long until the device can be unlocked as I'm currently with T-Mobile and I'm really hoping to get in on this deal to replace my broken s23 ultra. I was going to hold off and just use my s23 but it unexpectedly died on me and now I'm stuck without a phone.

Someone suggested that I order the Moto g 5G 2025 from Walmart for $30 but I saw that Amazon has the same phone with Verizon for $40 that would come quicker but I don't see it on the list for trade in. Will they accept it or do I need the Walmart one? It's kind of urgent because my s23 ultra died on me today and I took it to three repair shops but it doesn't look like it can be fixed.

1st you need to be Spectrum internet customer to get this deal. Spectrum also gives Internet customer 1 line free with unlimited everything for 1 year. For trade-in phone, Walmart sells Motorola G 5G 2025 Straight Talk for $30, buy this phone and trade-in for S26 Ultra for around $248 in this line. It is on the trade-in list as Moto G 5G 2025. Are you Spectrum internet customer? If not, then go to Spectrum store to do this deal all in one visit.

I have all 3 of the S26 models and I think for the size and the price the best deal right now is the S26+ for about $100.

It depends on each person. If you want the best camera and extensive note features with S-pen, Ultra is the one. For myself, the plus version is ok, Ultra is too big for me.

Yes I am a spectrum internet customer and I purchased the Moto g 5G 2025 from Amazon as the Verizon model not the one from Walmart because it would come quicker. Should I port my number over or is that even an option or should I just have them give me one and then after 2 months when it's unlocked put my T-Mobile SIM card in?

Oh I see what you are saying, yeah if selected Verizon instead of Other, Moto G 5G 2025 is not in the selected list. Ok, if you do in-store, tell them it is straight talk one if they ask and they never ask me the carrier of the phone, only the model of the phone, I think you will be ok. For online trade-in, don't do it, you risk of denying $700 promotion and you end up owning the expensive price tag of the phone with no return authorization because likely passing 14 days return window. You can order one from Walmart online or buy one from the local Walmart store where it is in-stock. For my location I can get it online or in-store on the same day from Walmart. For the number, just get the new number. You can import your T-Mobile number later on if you want to, which can override the new number. You should get the free unlimited line for 1 year.

It still may be accepted as a trade in. I did a mock order and selected that the phone was not in good working order and it gave a trade in value of $189 plus the $700 bonus.

Did you mistype the IMEI? I did on one try. I didn't have this phone, but it's on the list for other so it should be accepted.
