They definitely felt cheap to me, but I'm still spoiled by the years gone by $25 from ~$100 Saucony deals. To me these Adidas feel like $20 shoes.

I got some in the last deal. They are narrow and cheap, like very very cheap. They also make a noise when walking. I would never consider running in them. 20 is honestly the right price for them

I got the olive ones and the material is pretty thin. They lack padding on the forefoot and you'll probably need an insole pad for cushioning. The colors are much lighter than the pictures. They also run bigger, so I'd go down half a size. I guess they okay for $20, but I don't see how these are sufficient running shoes.
