Dumos makes some good quality stuff. I bought their 3 step, step ladder for $27 and it is super high quality in every respect. Rock solid and is one of the few that actually holds 800 lbs (not just a fake claim). No flaws in worksmanship in any way. Has a perfect 5 star rating on Amazon over many reviews so it's not just me...

Incidentally, NSF (https://nsf.org/) doesn't recognize the Dumos company name, so I'm not certain if these are legitimate NSF certified shelves. The NSF mark/stamp is visible in some customer photos, fwiw. I've submitted a query to NSF to check out the listing and will update if I hear back. That said, it sounds like they're decent quality, particularly for the price.

I don't doubt the quality or claims of this product, and it uses a proven mechanism I have seen on other shelving units (Costco Trinity Brand) but this is just 23" wide. Less than 10" wider than it is deep. Most shelves are closer to 34" wide. Not a problem if this works for you, but be aware this is not as wide as most shelves.
