Wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate. Use only in a well-ventilated area. To open, push cap down and turn counter-clockwise. Close tightly when recapping. First aid treatment: contains nonionic surfactants, ethanolamine and sodium hydroxide. If swallowed, rinse mouth and drink a glass of water and call a poison control center or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing for 15 minutes. If on skin, rinse well with water. If on clothes: take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. If breathed in, move person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a poison control center or doctor.

Greasy Surface Cleaning: Dilute 1 part degreaser to 4 parts water in a spray bottle. For light grease, dilute 1 part degreaser to 8 parts water in a spray bottle. Spray no closer than 6-8 inches from surface. Wipe with clean damp cloth. For especially difficult jobs, wear gloves and eye protection and use degreaser more concentrated if necessary and let soak. FOOD CONTACT SURFACES: Can be washed with diluted degreaser as long as they are rinsed thoroughly with potable water, sanitized with a properly concentrated sanitizer and allowed to air dry as part of a 3 step cleaning process. For Commercial Fryer Boil-Out: 1. Add 8 oz. degreaser (undiluted) to empty 11.4 kg/25 lbs commercial fryer and fill with water to oil line. 2. Heat to boil for 10 minutes. Brush during boilout only when power is off. Use with adequate ventilation. 3. Cool, drain and refill with potable water. 4. Boil for 3 minutes, cool, drain and rinse with potable water. For Commercial Fryer Cleaning: 1.Wear gloves and eye protection while cleaning. 2. Fill spray bottle with degreaser (undiluted). 3. Foam product heavily directly onto commercial fryer surfaces. 4. Let set on commercial fryer for 10-15 minutes. 5. Respray product lightly onto commerical fryer surfaces. 6. Scrub commercial fryer with scouring pad. 7. Fill commercial fryer with hot rinse water, and then drain into waste container. 8. Repeat step 7.Wipe commercial fryer dry. Drive Thru and Parking Lot: 1. Mix 2 parts degreaser to 3 parts water into a pump sprayer or other container. 2. Apply to all oily spots in the parking lot and drive thru. 3. Use a deck brush. Let sit for several hours or overnight. 4. Clean off in accordance with local regulations. Do not get degreaser on the lawn or other landscaping. Note: Safe on most hard, washable surfaces. Test small area before use on painted surfaces and wall coverings. If applied to aluminum, wipe immediately and do not let soak. Do not use on finished floors.
