I went through the same process with T-Force. Regular customer support, even up to the management level, can't do anything but parrot the promo terms that appear on T-Mobile's site. Only T-Force can actually DO anything, and it is account-specific.

Just an update on my situation. I reached out to them on Facebook messenger. Gave them the screenshots of the offer that shows ANY condition. Initially they said that the $1100 credit only applied to Experience Beyond or Go5G Next and not my Go5G+. I showed them the screenshot from this thread that someone shared and they didn't respond for a good 15 minutes, I'm assuming they were reviewing my account. Then I got the following message:

"Just a heads up this is a bit different than a live chat. We respond to messages as they come in, so just be sure to have your notifications on and we will always make our way back to you as quickly as possible! Thank you for your patience and working with me on this.

I want to clarify that with your account, you are on the Go5G Plus military plan. This means your promotional offers are $200 less than what it shows in the Samsung app. The amount you would have qualified for with your plan at most would have been $900 with a trade in. That said, I know that this has been very confusing and you've been with us over 12 years. At the end of the day we are here to advocate for you. What I am doing is enrolling you manually in the full $1,300 off promotion. You won't have any issues with your trade in being damaged and you're receiving $400 more than you would have initially! Did you have any other questions or concerns we could address in the meantime?"

I love TMobile, they went above and beyond, instead of the $1100 in bill credits I'm getting $1300!

Checking in to see see if anybody else have gotten the promo applied to their account and seeing bill credits. My trade-in devices were received over a week ago. Nothing on my account yet. I have a message in or x to check status.

Mine was delivered almost 2 weeks ago and I don't have any notifications that it was even accepted or received other than the tracking number

I am seeing the credit in my TLife app I'm getting a $54.17 credit off a $62.50 monthly installment.

It was not very long after I spoke to them through FB messenger. I saw the credit before I even mailed in my trade. I have not received any notification regarding my trade. I think the rep that helped me did some type of manual override for my credit.
