Also, I thought the whole point of the new overpriced plans was that you could upgrade your device often, so not sure how this deal is an improvement for those folks anyway. Def not worth upgrading from legacy plan for this

5G+ / EM allows you to upgrade everything 24 months by trading in a good condition phone. This PM is for broken, non-functional trade-ins. In regards to Samsung or T-mobile changing the deal later, that could be said for any PM. There is always a certain amount of risk, but not sure how Samsung / T-mobile is going to justify reneging when you use their trade-in tool and honestly told them upfront the trade-in was broken, and their trade-in tool gave you the offer.

So I am getting offered 1100 in monthly credits for my cracked screen S23 Ultra... I'm at the checkout page and it does NOT show what my responses were in the phone condition questionnaire, which I answered NO to acceptable LCD and display, YES to liquid damage (although no water damage to my knowledge), and NO to device power on (although it does - the screen sometimes just blacks out). Definitely hesitating on pulling the trigger as I am worried I will need to deal with a big headache...

And I am a currently a Go5G+ customer.

Have you checked out? Is there a portion of your order details that you can go back to to see your phone condition responses after the checkout and payment? If so, can you post a screenshot to verify? I'm on the fence here...

Screenshot the trade-in offer showing your responses to the questionnaire and the trade-in offer. Just like how my screenshots look. It all fits nicely in 1 screenshot on PC. Include the PC date and time from Start bar just in case.

Man, this would be lovely to get $900 for my broken inner screen on a pixel 9 fold, but I'm locked in on Verizon. Assuming I'm reading this right and this deal won't work out for me in any way with having to sign up for a 2-year contract w/ t-mobile?
