In other words, it is best to test the cables as soon as you get them to determine if they are capable of 45w fast charging and if not try with cables that definitely support 45w to make sure the charger blocks work as advertised but even if the chargers are 45w a return seems justified if the included cables aren't as fast as the chargers they're bundled with.
It's unfortunate that some sellers use such misleading tactics since the implication when selling these types of items is that the bundled cables also support 45w when sold together with 45w chargers.
