It looks like a 3rd party seller so its probably a buy at your own risk if they are real batteries or possibly used

I purchased these Sunday and received Tuesday. They came in a single (very well sealed) clamshell with Milwaukee cardboard insert. Both batteries showed low, but took full charge within an hour or 2. I have no reason to believe they are not authentic.

With allot of 3rd party batteries its pretty easy to tell they are aftermarket. But with OEM Milwaukee looking and feeling like 3rd party on their own, it's hard to tell.
