Decently priced package for a new builder making a higher end build, but honestly if you need 64GB of RAM, you're probably doing a lot of productivity work like video editing or similar, and would better suited by a better chip with more cores like a 9950 or 9900.
If you're making a gaming PC, that much RAM is unnecessary and the main price driver. You could downgrade to 32GB of 6000Mt/s RAM and be just fine. That and going to a B850 MOBO to save money could upgrade your GPU by 1-2 tiers and be a better balanced build.
Overall just seems like Newegg packaging some old stock to shunt it vs a well thought out bundle.
