- What is the final day to place an order on Drop.com? March 25th at 11:59PM PT.
- Will existing orders, including preorders, ship as previously expected? Yes, all existing orders will be fulfilled.
- What about Drop Rewards? Any as-yet unused Drop Rewards must be used by March 25th. Drop Rewards remaining after that date will no longer be redeemable.
- What does this mean for existing Drop products? Many Drop products will continue to be offered directly from Corsair and partner channels, including CSTM80 and a variety of our licensed offerings.
- What if I have questions about warranty and products? Please contact Corsair customer service for warranty or product needs. All existing product warranties will continue to be honored.
- Where can we find Drop products in the future? Corsair.com, Amazon, and Best Buy will continue to carry select Drop products moving forward.
