How to get an email anytime someone replies to my comment?

Most forums offer an option to get an email, does it exist somewhere here? Looked all over options and settings, but nothing. Confused

The only option I know of is to subscribe to the thread via the thread tools at the top of each thread. As far as I know, you can't subscribe to an individual reply.
