I use these to augment my EcoFlow power stations through the PS's XT60i connection and I charge these from solar panels through a charge controller.

The price is now $260 but the code CD35US gives $35 off but it ends up the same - $225. They seem to mysteriously make back $10, however, with "additional" charges, which are supposedly tax but my tax is 8% and $260 x .08 = $20.06 but the additional charges are $30.36

Wonder if I could use one of these for back up power for my tankless water heater?
Tankless water heaters draw excessive current. You would need multiples of these along with an expensive inverter. You'd be lucky to get into something for that purpose all in for under $1k.

I got this for $237 last month as a backup battery of my Ecoflow D2's. Got a refurbed 800W alternator charger for $199 from eBay which was received just like brand new. Now I can have 3584Wh backup power with 800W charging speed for dirt cheap. Thinking to get another battery again....

LiFePO4 is relatively safe. They don't ignite like NMC Li-ion. I've only heard of one instance where a house fire (in Germany, iirc) was initially attributed to the LiFePO4 batteries, but I don't know the final outcome of the investigation. diysolarforum is a good source of info on all this stuff. As with any other large battery, you need to make sure the terminals don't get shorted, because they can dump a lot of energy in a short period of time. Fuses are a good idea.

i bought 4 of these, does anyone have a guide on connecting these together and to a solar inverter
You don't provide enough information about your application. Are you replacing an existing setup? THere are two main ways to use them: parallel and series. If you already have a 12v inverter, then you have to connect them in parallel with 3 pairs of 2 AWG (or bigger, depending on the output power of the inverter) cables. If you have a 48v inverter, then connect them in series with 3 single 2 AWG cables. If you don't have an inverter, I suggest a 48v inverter, because I think that's more efficient. Is your application grid-tied or off-grid? That determines what kind of inverter you get.

Considering buying this to increase the capacity of my Oupes Exodus 2400, according to my research I should be able to connect it to the solar input of my power station, does this work? Also what kind of charger would I need to recharge this battery?

Gas Tankless Water Heater yes with an inverter. Electric Tankless Water Heater won't be practical

yes im going to get a 48v inverter, with at least a 500v solar input. I want to hook this up to a transfer switch that will going to run lower watt thins, lights under 1000 watts
