*assuming you get model that didn't fail the QC process, some of the review photos show a very hit and miss QC but luckily Amazon returns are next to painless. Also some of these cheap backpacks have nonstandard PALS webbing which can be next to useless since MOLLE can't mate up...no idea if that is the case here.
