Kewpie Ingredients
Vegetable Oil (Canola Oil, Soybean Oil), Egg Yolk, Vinegar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spice, Natural Flavor.

The main difference is egg yolks vs whole eggs. If you make your own mayo most recipes only use the yolks.
