Much preferable to the ones that have a non-stick coating. Grills get hot enough that you risk burning them off and onto your food. Stainless like this is the way to go.

This can be pretty useful for my grill or even to use in one of my ovens, and at this price I'm in for one.

I've had this and the smaller one for years. IIRC more than a decade. No complaints. I don't use the small one much. The big one works great for squash and zucchini slices. I only cook one flat layer, but squeeze in extra by placing more slices up the sides. Those cook just as well. EDIT: clicked the link and Amazon tells me that I last purchased in 2013, so been using it 12-13 years (on gas grills).
