This is probably the most open-ended and vague explanation of limits I ever seen

Does the Pro plan have any usage limits?
Yes. During peak hours, the Pro plan offers at least five times the usage per session compared to our free service. The number of messages you can send will vary based on message length, including the length of files you attach, the length of your current conversation, and the model or feature you use. Your session-based usage limit will reset every five hours.
Pro plans also have a weekly usage limit that applies across all models and resets seven days after your session starts.
In addition, to manage capacity and ensure fair access to all users, we may limit your usage in other ways, such as weekly and monthly caps or model and feature usage, at our discretion.
Uncle Sam wants to use Claude to do whatever it wants, Anthropic said not so fast, insisted "no spying on Americans and no autonomous self-firing weapons with no human intervention", Uncle Sam said F that, fired Anthropic and signed a deal with OpenAI instead. People now dumping ChatGPT for Claude.
on the code assistant side Claude is amazing. I keep sending it work that normally I'd send to the off shore low end devs my company always hires. I also use it break down complicated work into steps simple enough and dumb enough that the off shore people can follow it. Basically where I work the off shore devs apply 0 logic and reasoning and just do what they're told. I grade them much lower quality than claude. I've started checking in claude md instructionsets and having those devs use those plans I approved of to then have claude executing the work for them.the future of coding is looking bleak for the entry level and low end talent!
Wait till your local doctor and gym Tech goes down. Then recall what you said about AI taking over low talent resources
It's pretty sad when the people trying to protect our constitutional rights and safety are putting people before profit and our government is doing the opposite in all aspects of life
It's pretty sad when a foreign country is doing it and us companies can't

Yes Little Sammy immediately jumped in front of the line. Didn't he already got all those $100B deals already?
The number of people in this thread defending an AI company is worrisome.
If you think Anthropic isn't also involved in shady stuff, boy do I have a gorgeous bridge to sell you.
What's next, trusting billionaires to solve the problems of the "middle" class? Oh wait...

gym tech? WTF is that? a doctor isn't a low talent resource. I'm guessing since i have no idea what a gym tech is then that probably is and that is probably what you do?
I don't get why people bother commenting when they're so ignorant regarding Claude AI capabilities. ChatGPT has been crap for the past couple years and it seems they keep adding in more limitations with each iteration since it's release. I find it to provide inaccurate info quite often as well.
I just wrote up an entire essay for Claude to create a travel inquiry for me in excel format. I had it go through all the reviews on Tabelog to find the best restaurants near my hotel and even had it give me options for the best accommodations near the attractions we were interested in. The excel itinerary with multiple options it created had reasoning to it in the notes and gave a top recommendation as well. It had everything organized with tabs and sections, something that probably would have taken weeks or months to create (assuming I do it during my free time when not working or going out).
I agree, I feel like over time Chat GPT has banked on its popularity by dumbing down and reducing its free services in hopes of getting you to actually pay for it. I had been using the free version but now I think I might switch to Gemini or Claude soon
