Just sharing my experience with Tello, though coverage map shows they cover all area but in reality they don't have coverage in all areas. Customer service is pathetic, for any issues you have to deal with email communication.

I've been generally happy with Tello. CS via email is quite reliable as well, albeit slow.
The biggest downside is how quickly the number expires after you stop the plan.
