Someone needs to say it so I will cuz I've has to study AI for 6 months now and my brain is going numb.

I do not think there is "AI" in this gimbal. You CANT put AI on a circuit+chip like this one. If it's tracking, that's a feature, theres nothing artificially intelligent about it. There are no models. There is no inference. There are no agents.

Stop stuffing AI into everything.

My dad took me to buy a fridge and the salesman said "oh this has AI in it".

How. Tell me how. I genuinely want to know.

It us just not hard to put it in every thing. You don't need to run ai model on devices. You just need device even cheapest would be enough, to connect to wifi and be able to send and receive requests to and from server, where they run models. That's why it is everywhere. Sometimes yes, it doesn't even use models at all, just use hype

You can use the compute cluster and machine learning algorithms to distill gazillion of images and their tags/descriptions into algorithms that can more efficiently recognize and focus track faces or other objects that were the subject of your training. You can also train what to ignore.

It is like "doing your research" and producing a short fact sheet that the Specialized AF computer on the camera can indeed be better/faster at its most likely scenarios, e.g. track that specific face i just touched between the 20 other faces I did not.
