From what I can tell via Reddit, Innova, MVP and Discraft are USA-based companies while Yikun is made out of China (I assume that's why they're cheaper).

True, but the cheapest two Yikun discs are also what you'd call base plastic, meaning it's less durable. Tiger line is their base plastic, whereas Phoenix, Phoenix Star, and Glaze-X would be considered premium (also Dragon, if you can find it).

OP also mixed up the names of the discs vs the names of the plastics for some of these. The discs are:

1) Gou (in Tiger line plastic),
2) Wei (in both Tiger and Phoenix plastics)
3) Da'E (in Phoenix Star plastic)
4) Fu Xi (in Glaze-X)
