I find Amazon's listing lacking in enough detail to know if this is something I want to lay down $40 on. Essentially you are getting the Balance Album on Vinyl and CD. The second CD you are getting the "Live at Wembley 1995" (available at a standalone CD and Vinyl) plus three studio songs. The Bluray is one live song and 5 promo videos.

BALANCE (EXPANDED EDITION) Deluxe, Limited Edition features Van Halen's multi-platinum 10th studio album, remastered on 2 LPs and 1 CD, plus a rarities CD featuring B-sides and 8 previously unreleased live performances from London's Wembley Stadium (June 24, 1995). LP Side D features an exclusive vinyl etching! The set also includes a Blu-ray containing six remastered promotional and live videos, including "The Seventh Seal", recorded live at Target Center, Minneapolis, on July 30, 1995.
Includes:
  • Two LPs of the album, remastered.
  • Two CDs with the original album remastered + rarities & live versions
