These are the best Les Paul style guitar at this price point, IMHO. As an Epiphone, it'll actually have some resale value, too.
Note that these are "worn" matte finishes, so not the typical gloss of a Les Paul. I view that as a plus, as the neck is satin finished and open pore. It feels much better to me than a glossy Les Paul neck. I have the wine red one, and once the action is dialed in and fret ends touched up (YMMV), it's a really nice instrument. No complaints at all.
Note that Guitar Center will match that price in store, if they have one you like in stock. That allows you to see the guitar and get one that's to your liking or new in the box. MF and GC both sometimes ship guitars that have been on display.
They have not just red, but gold or blue too. I have a pre-owned Epi LP Classic, which (similarly) has the coil splitting & the matte (worn) finish. It's pretty good. FYI: They are "made in China."

This deal would get more traction with photos.
