Decent CPU for chrome, 8GB RAM, actual ssd for storage, decent screen, Acceptable webcam.
Ports looks like 2 USB-A, 2 USB-C, 1 HDMI and 1 headphones port.
Touchscreen and backlit keyboard are nice to have, but not critical.
If you know what you're looking for you can find similar Chromebooks with slightly lower spec (CPU, SSD size, screen) for around $120-150 if you're willing to buy used instead of certified refurbished.
Up To you to decide if the extra $40-60 is worth it for a 2 year warranty and a better spec Chromebook.
If you think that this Chromebook will be well cared for, then this is a good deal.
If you think that this Chromebook will be dropped, lost or broken in the next year, I'd save some $$ and buy used.
