Junkie faux-plating over plastic. These are so bad. Cosmetics on these do not hold up. Very disappointed.

Wouldn't take it if it were free! Glacier Bay makes worthless garbage, I can say that because the house I bought had the master bathroom "remodeled" with their products... Every one of them from the sink, the shower head (AND the shut-off valve in the shower) to the vanity, oh yeah, and the toilet! Every thing has problems! There are no replacement parts, like another poster said the parts are plastic thinly coated with chrome.... Just junk. The shut-off valve seized after a few months of use!

I have one of these. The lift-rod rusted within months after installing it. The faucet itself works fine years later but the rod has been on its last leg for quite some time now. Thankfully I don't really use it much, so just waiting for another excuse to replace the entire set.

I have Nickel Chrome and I hate this. Despite we have microfiber cloth to wipe down, man this product is stain magnet. Spend little more and get Moen, Delta. Atleast easy to keep them looking good and I am sure they are built better too.

Idk I have a glacier bay toilet in my house that has been going great for over 10 years. The only issue is that the tank to bowl gaskets were deteriorating and the wax ring went bad.
Those are common issues and easy fixes.
Agree with you on the faucets, they are shit tier. Just pony up the cash for moen.

Would avoid. It's cheap for a reason.

I've been in my house almost 11 years now. The toilet has a round button on top (for flushing) which is split in two: One side has one water drop, the other two. The entire deal is plastic thinly coated with chrome which started to wear off of the divider after year 2 or 3... What remains between the push-to-flush buttons is now green(!). There are no replacement parts to be found. Just like the aerator parts for the cheap-a55 faucet. Either Glacier Bay doesn't make them, or no-one carries them.

I never liked the push flush buttons for the exact reason you just stated. Manufacturers have different sizes and there aren't easily sourced universal buttons. That's why i stick to the lever handles. At least if it breaks I can easily order one or go to HD. And it's too bad because I prefer a push flush button over a lever handle.

Sigh. Yeah, we live and (hopefully) learn. I'd never seen one before. It wouldn't have been a deal-breaker for buying the house anyway. But just another annoyance. Smilie

We've got a similar or same toilet from them with the two button flush system and somehow the bottom of the drain bowl is rusted after first couple years!

This is about the price these things are worth. Won't last more than a year.

Glacier Bay is garbage. Delta, Moen and American Standard are all good.

Please don't buy these. I was swayed by the low price years ago on Slickdeals and have regretted it ever since. These things are worth less than the low pro
