I ordered one last time around and it came DOA. I was able to return it and get my money back. You really do get what you pay for. I got a Miyoo Flip v2 for $20 more and couldn't be happier.

I have this. I think I paid about the same. Somewhere in the $20-30 range. It's great for what it costs. It entertains my kids on road trips. Can handle all the old school stuff, but not much from the post n64 era.

More than likely your DOA unit was an SD card issue (doesn't make it any less of an bummer). That being said and IMO the Miyoo Flip v2 is a great handheld, a better purchase overall, however these are still really solid units. Just the included SD cards are less than reliable.

Yeah at this price u can't beat a throwaway device that can play generations of games. Amazing how far we've come.

If you want more premium device I'd spend a lil more on a Batlexp G350. The build quality on those are crazy good for the price.

Or if you can stretch a little more, those Miyoo Flips under $40 is a good deal but you might deal with hinge issues (I suspect theyre lowering the prices to make way for a revised product)

Other than that, you can get an Anbernic RG35XX device for under $40 and those are good quality as well.
